What you will do:

The HR Reporting Analyst will provide advanced reports needed by all HR functions in support of the business needs, as well as reports requested directly by the business. Collaboration will be fostered, and the reporting analyst will deliver reports and dashboards that exceed the expectations of our customers while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of the data provided. 

Establishing strong relationships, understanding the requests being made, and having a customer-centric perspective is key to success in this role.  The Analyst will be expected to proactively identify opportunities to maximize the reporting team’s impact while providing an exceptional experience to the customers of HR Operations.

  • Serve as Tier 2 contact for advanced ad-hoc and scheduled reporting requests, providing exceptional support for reporting requests received via our case management system, or as requested by leadership.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues promptly, providing sustainable solutions that support HR’s vision and mission while managing workloads, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

  • Lead efforts to analyze and optimize report performance, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on new dashboards and analytics, and communicate regularly with system users about projects, design changes, and other work impacting the user community.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, ranging from simple to complex, ensuring they are reusable, schedulable, and tailored to meet customer needs.

  • Provide advanced reporting training and guidance to customers, empowering them to use self-service reporting solutions effectively.

  • Research and resolve HR systems' data issues, recommend improvements to enhance report efficiency and performance, and help monitor the effectiveness of reporting products, modifying or operationalizing reports and methods as needed.

  • Execute regression and patch testing on HR applications and new system releases, maintain testing plans to support reporting applications, and assist with new system implementations, upgrades, and software releases.

  • Supports requests for audits and HR practices requests, ensuring timeliness and data integrity.

  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance by handling sensitive employee data securely, adhering to governance standards, and supporting system security and reporting functionality.

What you need:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of reporting experience as an HR Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, and/or Business or Systems Analyst (preferably with a Human Capital Management (HCM) system such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, or SAP).

  • Hands-on experience designing and developing custom reports within Workday.

  • Strong MS Excel skills (V-Lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration.

  • English level: B2+

  • Experience working in a global environment.

Preferred:

  • Ability to translate complex information into an easy, visually effective format that is audience appropriate.

  • Experience in project management.
