Job description
What you will do
As a Health Economics Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the reimbursement and value messaging for Stryker’s products. You will support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) and external stakeholders by providing critical reimbursement, health economics, and market access insights.
Participate in the development and communication of reimbursement and value tools for Stryker products by providing reimbursement, health economic, and market access support for internal (i.e. Sales, Marketing, etc.) and external customers. This includes gathering and formatting data for health economic studies, preparing data for sales targeting, and collecting and distributing reimbursement information that describes coverage, coding, and payment.
Obtain, evaluate, analyze, prepare, and distribute data for reimbursement and health economic studies, initiatives, and tools
Remain current on third-party coverage, reimbursement information, trends, ICD-9, ICD-10, and HCPCS
Monitor payer policy activities on technology coverage and payment
Assist in the preparation of high-quality communications or deliverables (i.e. analyses, letters, Powerpoint, etc.)
What you need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacology, public health or related field.
Preferred
2 years data analysis experience in a healthcare industry (e.g., health insurance, medical device, pharma/biotech)
The ideal candidate would be a commutable distance to our Greenfield Village, CO office.
$60,100- $102,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
