GAMA_Regional GAMA Manager, East China_Shanghai

Position summary:

This role is responsible for government affairs and market access project results specifically focusing on reimbursement and public pricing areas in the region, as well as maximizing Stryker’s market presence and fulfilling the business demand by obtaining operation excellence on government tender, billing code pricing and reimbursement application.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

• Comprehensively monitor, analyze, formulate and implement the government tendering for medical consumables in the territory, especially the development of policies for volume-based procurement [30%]

• Complete the dynamic adjustment of medical service charge application items, charge catalog and medical insurance catalog of the territory on time [30%]

• Responsible for the innovation of market access strategy and complete the authorized special projects with high quality as a core member of China GAMA leadership team. [20%]

• Acquire, develop and retain talent as a mature people manager and team leader. [20%]

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health or related.

• At least 8 years’ working experience in government tender of pharmaceutical or medical devices, market access or government affairs.  

• At least 2 years’ team management experience.

• Have in-depth understanding of the current market situation and prospects of medical device industry.
