What You Will Do
The FP&A Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Stryker's financial planning and analysis activities across Latin America, reporting directly to the Senior FP&A Manager. This role serves as a strategic financial partner to regional leadership, contributing to the company’s financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. The position requires collaboration with the LATAM CFO, VP/GM, and country General Managers, acting as a liaison between the Emerging Markets Finance VP and Enterprise FP&A teams. While this role does not include direct people management responsibilities, it involves leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment across diverse teams to achieve regional objectives.
- Provide finance support to LATAM regional leaders by coordinating weekly sales reviews, tracking estimates, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead monthly P&L and Cash Flow reviews in collaboration with the LATAM Finance community.
- Ensure visibility on pricing performance by portfolio and track profitability metrics across the region.
- Maintain data accuracy and reliability in core business reports and financial estimates.
- Act as the focal point for International Finance VP and Enterprise FP&A teams, managing weekly and monthly financial results submissions.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and support business presentations for Stryker Senior Leadership.
- Oversee all standard FP&A processes and tools across Latin America, ensuring efficient use during projection cycles, budgeting, and long-term planning sessions.
- Drive process standardization and automation across the region by leading cross-functional initiatives, leveraging collaboration and influencing stakeholders to enhance the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of FP&A deliverables.
What you need:
Required:
- Strong experience in FP&A roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in English
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
- Previous experience in multinational companies
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Previous experience in regional positions
- Previous experience in medical device companies
