In this role, you will:
Own the territory and execute a strategic call pattern to achieve sales goals and drive growth across assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, supply chain, and hospital leadership to expand adoption and loyalty.
Provide operating room coverage and case support, ensuring the correct implants/sets/tools are available and used appropriately.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of Stryker and competitor offerings, positioning Stryker’s value and differentiators effectively.

Meticulously manage inventory (sets, implants, tools) including readiness, accuracy, and replenishment to support customer demand.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and occasional after-hours professional events as needed.
Consistently follow company policies and all applicable laws and industry standards, maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
