- Learn about Stryker’s Finance and Accounting Rotational Program (FAR) opportunity post-graduation. Interns are the primary candidates for our Finance and Accounting Rotational program. The FAR program is a three-year leadership accelerated development experience designed specifically to prepare and develop finance leaders of the future. Our Rotational Analysts develop critical leadership, systems and technical skills through diverse rotational assignments, customized training, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Rotational Analysts complete three one-year rotations, including a rotation in a new geographic location. This is a great way to start your full-time career.
Opportunities available
Finance/Accounting interns will:
- Create and analyze specific accounting statements and reports to assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Provide support to teams to develop new and improve existing finance and accounting processes
- Create ad-hoc templates to utilize various ERP systems better
- Leverage Excel and systems skills to automate and optimize reporting
- Coordinate with other departments to set projections/budgets
- Communicate variances v. financial targets to management and other departments
- Reconcile balance sheets accounts as assigned by management
- Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting
- Assist with the development and maintenance of annual budgets
- Collaborate with other Finance interns across the country in a case study project
Majors targeted: Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or Related Degree
What you need
- Currently working on completion of Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; we will only consider students who plan be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer
- Graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above on a 4.0 scale; must be the case at the date of hire and will be verified during background check in the spring
- Must be eligible to work on a permanent basis in the United State
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
$19 min hourly wage – $33 max hourly wage and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location.
