In this role, you are the Manager on a team of accountant(s)/ analyst(s). You will follow established accounting practices; ensure the proper and accurate reporting within the company. You will also align plant resources with the needs of commercial business and cost targets of the organization. In addition you will also provide analysis of key business issues to senior management.

What you will do

  • ​Analyze, forecast, and report key financial performance metrics to operations and senior leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis

  • Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

  • Evaluate operating performance, cost drivers, and projections; provide insights and actionable recommendations

  • Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and capital investments

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, including tracking performance against plans and key metrics

  • Ensure accuracy in cost accounting and financial reporting while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements

  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives

  • Lead and develop a finance team while driving process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 8 years professional experience

Preferred:

  • Experience in public accounting or cost accounting

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be onsite at the Mahwah, NJ location 2–3 days per week.

$123,100 - $155,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
