Join Stryker as a Finance Analyst within our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you’ll partner closely with the Commercial Manager (FP&A) and senior leaders including the Finance Director, President, and broader Leadership Team.

This role sits at the heart of performance management, planning, and decision support — helping drive better decisions, unlock value, and challenge thinking through strong financial insight and governance.

What you’ll do:

Partner with the business

  • Build strong relationships across finance, leadership, and key back-office functions

  • Understand stakeholder priorities and provide clear, commercially focused insights

  • Challenge assumptions and bring an independent financial perspective

  • Proactively engage to influence outcomes and support better decision-making

Support planning, forecasting & commercial processes

  • Contribute to weekly reporting cadence and data accuracy

  • Support month-end close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget cycles

  • Support annual quota setting, awards, and quota P&L processes

  • Play a key role in the business-wide Bonus & Commissions (B&C) process, including accruals, reporting, and insights

Drive performance insights

  • Support or own month-end activities, including B&C cost tracking across business franchises

  • Deliver variance analysis and clear monthly P&L commentary

  • Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to track business performance

  • Maintain risks & opportunities (R&O) tracking and data integrity

Enable decision-making

  • Support financial modelling and scenario analysis

  • Provide timely, accurate insights that guide business decisions

Contribute to continuous improvement

  • Support FP&A and broader finance initiatives aligned to business goals

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality

What you bring:

  • Degree in Finance or related discipline

  • CA/CPA (completed or in progress)

  • Strong Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large data sets)

  • Power BI experience (reporting and dashboards)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge

Why join Stryker?

  • Work with leaders who invest in your growth and development

  • Be part of a high-performing, collaborative finance team

  • Exposure to senior leadership and commercially impactful work

  • Join a business consistently recognised as a Best Place to Work
