Job description
As a Field Service Representative in the Instruments, Communications and Endoscopy business, you will play a vital role in surpassing our customer expectations by providing our customers with the best equipment and service. You will help solve complex problems while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and sales representatives. This role covers the territory in Central and Northern Alberta.
What you will do
- Provide effective, proficient, and timely service and repairs to all customers in direct support of the sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to account protocols. Responsible for fault isolation and maintenance of equipment at account locations.
- Communicate opportunities to fulfill additional customer needs with the appropriate Stryker personnel for follow up.
- Provide post-sale in-servicing on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Perform warranty, upgrades, field actions, preventative maintenance, installations and deliveries.
- Complete all required administrative tasks including necessary paperwork and track product support solutions.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of Stryker equipment, service parts, tools.
What you need
Required:
- Post-Secondary Diploma required
- Demonstrated time management skills, ability to manage multiple functions and adhere to deadlines
- Outstanding driving record
- Eligibility to work in healthcare environment and to travel to USA
Preferred:
- University Degree Preferred
- Related technical experience in field
- Background from a Technical School in Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Background
