What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for our customers across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and surrounding areas. Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlessly—because when it matters most, reliability saves lives.

• Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high-pressure clinical settings
• Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor
• Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals
• Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards

What You Bring

• Experience with hands-on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, electronics, engineering, or trades)
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
