As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our cutting-edge medical equipment. You’ll ensure our customers have seamless technical service through repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting, all while building strong, meaningful relationships with hospital teams and your colleagues.
This role is based on the Gold Coast with regular travel – and we welcome applications from mechanics, tradespeople, engineers, or anyone with 4+ years of hands-on technical experience.
What You’ll Do
- Tackle onsite technical challenges by completing repairs and preventive maintenance on Stryker equipment.
- Build trust and deliver exceptional service to our customers, becoming their go-to expert for innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive, results-driven environment.
- Travel extensively, embracing a dynamic and adventurous work life.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring a seamless service experience for every customer.

Who We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Minimum of 4+ years in a customer-facing field service engineer role, or similar experience within a trade, mechanical or hands on experience
- Strong understanding of customer service and impact in the medical device industry.
- Full working rights in Australia
- You have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a bonus).
Preferred:
- Experience within the medical device industry
