- Deliver preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checks on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings.
- Install systems and complete hardware and software upgrades at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians.
- Manage your own schedule and regional travel with autonomy while meeting service commitments.
- Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met.
- Document all service activities accurately for compliance and full traceability.
- Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training.
- Action recalls, field safety notices, and regulatory‑driven field actions in collaboration with quality teams.
- Identify and escalate insights on product performance and customer needs to drive continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
What We Offer

- Competitive salary plus performance incentives.
- Career development within a global industry leader.
- A culture that celebrates teamwork, inclusion, growth, and shared purpose.
Additional Information
