As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring our customers receive first-class service and technical support. From troubleshooting and maintenance to building strong relationships with ambulance teams and health care professionals, you’ll play a key role in making sure our innovative medical technology performs at its best.
This role is based in Adelaide with regular travel. We welcome applications from mechanics, tradespeople, engineers, or anyone with 4+ years of hands-on technical experience and a passion for customer service.

Who We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing field service role, trade, mechanical, or hands-on technical position.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on problem-solving and building relationships.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a bonus).
Preferred:
- Experience in the medical device industry.
