Job description
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, repair, and functional testing of electronic and mechanical medical devices in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Complete annual equipment inspections and calibration activities at customer sites to ensure compliance and operational performance.
- Install, configure, and validate medical systems and associated hardware and software at customer locations.
- Execute software and hardware upgrades to maintain system performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and update service records using designated digital tools and systems.
- Support product field actions, recalls, and safety notifications in partnership with customers and regulatory teams.
- Deliver technical training for internal teams and external customers on product operation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support, coordinate customer service visits, escalate technical issues when required, and ensure service activity is appropriately invoiced when outside warranty coverage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Electronics, Medical Physics, Camera Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and the local market language.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical electronics, biomedical equipment, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within a hospital, healthcare, or clinical environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and other business or service management software.
- Technical knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, telecommunications, mechanical systems, or software technologies.
- Experience performing installation, maintenance, calibration, or repair of medical devices or healthcare technology.
- Experience delivering product or technical training to customers or internal stakeholders.
Finland Pay Ranges:
- Finland: €43.200 - €72.000 EUR Annual
