Job description

As a CasualField Service Coordinator, you will work directly with Stryker medical equipment and technologies as you provide technical support, service and manage the requirements of Stryker medical customers.  

This is an awesome opportunity for current university students wanting to work 2-3 days alongside their studies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the business to ensure the highest standard and quality of service is provided to our internal and external customers across Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Assist with daily operations such as inventory handling, coordinating field jobs, calibration, cycle count and shipment. 
  • Work closely and supports Field Service Engineer and technical services team to ensure KPIs, goals and objectives are met. 

  

What you will need: 

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Proven mechanical/electrical and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic team attitude!
