You’ll oversee the end-to-end distribution process—managing everything from order entry and picking to shipping, tracking, and route planning—to ensure our representatives and customers receive timely, accurate deliveries.

In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping, warehouse cycle counting, expired product management, and strategic inventory utilization. With warehouse stock accounting for up to 50% of the Branch’s inventory assets, your expertise will be essential in implementing efficient processes and maintaining a constant state of audit readiness.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work flexible hours to meet evolving business needs. Your leadership will directly impact operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Process orders for products while conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveries
  • Investigate customer complaints/track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies
  • Utilize processes and tools for scheduling surgeries
  • Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)
  • Managerial duties including but not limited to: training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or 6 years of equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience with warehouse or inventory control experience
