Job description

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Work Flexibility: Hybrid (3 days per week on site)

Summary:

Stryker’s Sports Medicine business delivers innovative, minimally invasive solutions that help restore patients’ mobility and quality of life. As part of the Field Operations team, this role plays a critical part in managing inventory for a rapidly growing sales organization by processing replenishment orders and returns with precision. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, operational efficiency, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our sales representatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Enter and process all Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.
  • Manage material transactions between sub-inventories, ensuring smooth and timely movement of products.
  • Handle inventory returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Monitor product and workflow issues, troubleshoot where possible, and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Support ongoing operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and field partners to ensure updates are timely and customer-focused.
  • Maintain a high standard of inventory accuracy through regular checks, cycle counts, and proper use of WMS/ERP tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, or return-related issues.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards while supporting day-to-day field operations.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • 3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience
  • Associate’s degree

$23.74/hr. – $32.12/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
