Work Flexibility: Hybrid (In office Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1941 Stryker Way, Portage, MI)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM –7 PM EST

What you will do-

The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of Field Operation tasks enabling processes to flow without disruption. In this role, you will maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale, and support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers. You will work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals and with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management. Your focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.

Pre-sale: Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunities.

Post-sale: Responds to customer inquiries (RMA, status, delivery, etc.). Resolves production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems; determines validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources; changes production and shipping schedules; and recognizes add-on business opportunities.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Communicating with and working directly with technicians, contract partners, and leadership to support and coordinate multiple facets of Field Service Operations
  • Moving of inventory between technicians, dispatch or redispatch of work orders, review summaries of work orders, ensuring work orders integrate between technology systems, assisting with scheduling or rescheduling past due workorders, monitoring email inbox traffic, and assisting with creating and updating process documentation
  • Riding along with field service technicians as necessary
  • Liaising between customers, sales representatives, ProCare, and field service technicians to coordinate and/or adjust scheduling of preventative maintenance and repair visits
  • Aiding and supporting Field Service Technicians with needs tied to process and technology

What you need-

  • 2+ years of relevant experience - required
  • High School diploma or equivalent - required
  • ERP System knowledge - preferre
