Job description

*Hybrid (3 days in office per week) to our Greenwood Village, CO office

Stryker’s Sports Medicine business delivers innovative, minimally invasive solutions that help restore patients’ mobility and quality of life. As part of the Field Operations team, this role plays a critical part in managing inventory for a rapidly growing sales organization by processing cycle counts, analyzing inventory metrics, performing inventory adjustments, providing guidance on inventory management, and preparing inventory reports.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in month-end responsibilities, including pulling reports that meet proper IPE requirements, identifying/addressing inventory errors, investigating unsubstantiated balances, resolving open orders, ensuring proper material system setup, and creating reports on inventory adjustments by category.
  • Confirm inventory availability to allow bills to close timely and evaluate the process to find efficiencies, working closely with the Sales Support Team.
  • Analyze cycle counts for field inventory, capitalized assets, and loaner inventory, performing inventory adjustments accordingly.
  • Analyze and pull inventory movement data on an ad hoc basis to satisfy requests from leadership.
  • Educate the sales force, agencies, and business partners on inventory best practices.
  • Partner with the sales force, agencies, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and find solutions.
  • Prepare reports to drive adherence to inventory management standards and promote operational efficiencies.
  • Identify trends in inventory management and raise potential concerns to leadership to fill gaps in training or processes.

What You Will Need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree

​Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of general inventory management principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerBI

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • US10: $70,800 - $103,800 USD Annual
