Job description
What you will do
The Field Inventory Specialist (Remote) partners with Field Inventory Analysts to assist with the execution of the strategy set for Field Operations. This includes, but not limited to, managing the rep stock inventory program, consignments and other initiatives and projects run by the Field Inventory Analysts and Field Inventory Manager. The employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required.
Perform annual audit reconciliation conducted by field sales of external customer consignment inventory and report metrics to sales management
Reconcile annual audits conducted by Field Sales of rep stock inventory and report metrics to sales management, including write offs, write ons and inventory accuracy
Assist Inventory Analysts with the Field Sales rep stock program
Assist with the field sales team to troubleshoot product inventory discrepancies and correct the ERP where needed
Provide second-level FIMS support and troubleshooting alongside Sales Support
Generate, amend, research and reconcile external customer consignment contracts based on customer and business needs
Assist Inventory Analysts in implementing the inventory initiative goals set forth by leadership
Assist in administering the bounty program by partnering with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care.
Implement the product bag program, overseeing new bag needs, returns, and repairs or replacements as need be in partnership with Medical Education team.
What you need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and PowerBI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Medical device experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and self-development
Experience with consignment contracts
$59,900 - $108,300salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
