Job description
Join a role focused on coordinating and supporting facility service operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This position manages service providers, tracks operational activities, and ensures documentation, logistics, and compliance processes are executed efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity across facility services that support daily operations.
What You Will Do
- Track service requests, work orders, and completion status to ensure timely execution
- Monitor open actions and follow up on escalations to meet defined timelines
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external service-related inquiries
- Coordinate facility services including janitorial, transportation, cafeteria, and security operations
- Manage documentation and records to maintain compliance with regulatory and manufacturing standards
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and monitoring service-related costs
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for external service providers and support teams
- Identify trends in service performance (e.g., pest control, cleanliness) and implement corrective actions with suppliers
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, service coordination, or operational support roles
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience managing service providers or coordinating outsourced services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ISO standards or health authority regulations
- Experience working with facility services such as maintenance, cleaning, transportation, or security operations
