What You Will Do
The Fabricator III team members are highly skilled manufacturing professionals who help produce the medical devices and equipment that make healthcare better. In this role, you'll use advanced fabrication and machining techniques to manufacture quality products, troubleshoot production issues, and support efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Set up and operate fabrication and machining equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, sheet metal fabrication equipment, and secondary operation work centers.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and product specifications to produce parts accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height stands, angle gauges, profilometers, and other measurement tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues to maintain quality and productivity.
- Perform machine setups, product changeovers, work preparation, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records in accordance with Stryker procedures.
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while consistently meeting production goals.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What You Need
Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or machine operation experience.
- Experience operating fabrication equipment, CNC machinery, lathes, or related manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality inspection skills.
Preferred
- Advanced experience in metal fabrication and machining environments.
- Experience with machine setup, preventative maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
- Previous experience operating multiple fabrication work centers.
- Knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and manufacturing best practices.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry 10-50 pounds; occasional lifting up to 75 pounds may be required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.

$23.80/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium plus bonus potential and benefits.
