This role combines high‑level executive support with coordination of business initiatives in a fast‑paced, international environment. What you will do
- Provide high‑level executive support by managing complex calendars, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones
- Coordinate and track administrative and business initiatives by organizing timelines, consolidating inputs, and monitoring follow‑up actions
- Prepare executive‑ready presentations, reports, and briefing materials aligned to leadership objectives and deadlines
- Support planning and execution of recurring and ad‑hoc initiatives by maintaining task lists, milestones, and status updates
- Coordinate meetings and workstreams by preparing agendas, aligning stakeholders, capturing actions, and ensuring completion
- Manage information flow by prioritizing requests, organizing documentation, and ensuring timely access to critical materials
- Leverage digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, and support structured execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, or gaps in execution and take action to keep deliverables on track
What you will need
Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience supporting senior leaders in an American or international corporate environment
Preferred
- Experience working in fast‑paced, multinational, or matrixed organizations
- Experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or workstreams, including tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and business materials
- Experience using AI‑enabled productivity or administrative tools
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
