Job description

Executive Assistant to Vice President for Stryker Neurovascular, EMEA & Latin America
As Executive Assistant you will assist the Neurovascular Vice President in the day-to-day running of the business such as creating and managing internal communications, production of reports, presentations and Townhalls, coordination of projects and resources, schedule management, and meeting planning and coordination.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the VP as well as supporting some members of the Neurovascular (NV) EMEA LatAm Leadership Team
  • Provide daily confidential support to the VP and his team
  • Be a positive driver of the Culture of the organization, through recognition initiatives and communications
  • Maintain the reports and presentations databases including files, VP expense reports, organization charts, distribution lists, audit reports ensuring critical and/or confidential data is appropriately managed and stored
  • Assist with leadership presentation design and content support for presentations, videos and newsletters
  • Collaborate and align with functional representatives within Neurovascular to write and design communications for employees
  • Coordination of travel arrangements, itineraries, meetings and appointments such as monthly 1:1s with Direct Reports, Team meetings, Business Review Meetings, etc. and assist with logistics
  • Coordinate and host project update meetings, including clear and timely submissions and communications, as well as coordinating prioritization and resourcing activities

What you need:

Required:

  • Ideally 0-2 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Higher Education in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Application with focus on Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion

Preferred:

  • Proficient in a video editing software (or be willing to upskill quickly)
  • Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital tools and platforms; able to quickly learn and adopt new technologies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
  • Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
