Job description
You will work specifically in the Spine division, which develops and manufactures spinal implants, biologics, and navigation systems. With a strong focus on research, collaboration, and surgeon-driven innovation, Stryker Spine continues to lead in the treatment of spinal disorders, from degenerative conditions to complex deformities.
Location: Amsterdam (Possibility to work remote but needs to live closely to Amsterdam Stryker Headquarters)
Scope: Europe
Duration: 1 year

You will also work closely with:
The EU central marketing team and local Product Managers
Many other internal (regulatory, compliance teams for example) and external stakeholders (surgeons, healthcare professionals as well as communication agencies)
Key Responsibilities
What is the role of a Marketing Intern at Stryker Spine?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EU Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with a range of tasks across Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM), asset management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing in the healthcare space and a keen interest in contributing to the development and success of our products in the European market. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Brand marketing support:
Create sales tools and marketing materials (videos, PPT, …) while respecting brand identity and medical regulatory/compliance requirements
Coordinate the delivery and validation of these marketing materials
Support brand manager team in delivering key projects
Provide general administrative support for the marketing department as required
Asset management & Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) Support
Support the execution of regional product life cycle including phase-in (launch) and phase-out (PLCM) of products
Work closely with the local product managers to assess inventory performance and assist in reallocation
Work on initiatives to reduce DOH and E&O
Data Analysis
Support in analyzing sales and market data to drive marketing strategies
Assist in creating reports and dashboards for the marketing team to evaluate key performance metrics

Your profile
You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (language of work).
