What You Will Do

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure accurate and timely support for internal teams and hospital customers.
  • Manage inventory, product movements, and documentation with a high level of accuracy to meet compliance requirements.
  • Process customer orders and requests, ensuring 100% data integrity across systems and workflows.
  • Support logistics and scheduling tasks to ensure products and equipment are available when and where they are needed.
  • Maintain records, reports, and operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license.
