What you will do:
Attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent, fostering personal and professional growth while ensuring high-quality results.
Lead and mentor others in addressing technical, business, and personnel challenges using problem-solving and process improvement methodologies.
Make independent decisions on issues at the project, program, or portfolio level.
Lead high-complexity projects, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring the achievement of project goals.
Guide cross-functional teams in influencing technical areas, fostering innovation, and achieving business objectives.
Drive financial accountability for projects, including budget creation, projections, and tracking at both team and R&D business unit levels.
Lead teams in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for projects and programs in the medical device space.
Collaborate with senior leaders, customers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to develop strategies that meet both clinical and business needs.
What you need:
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field.
8+ years of applicable experience, with 2+ years of direct people management experience.
Fluent spoken and written in English
Experience in the medical devices industry
Proven ability to deliver programs or business goals on time, on quality, and within budget.
Experience executing talent and performance management strategies.
