Position Title: EMEA HR Policy and Design Lead

What you will do
Identify needs for any additional policy topics in alignment with key stakeholders
Identify and research appropriate sources of information and content
Incorporate “the Stryker way” in alignment with identified key-stakeholders
In liaison with internal/external design teams, act as project lead for overall appearance, content and related documents
Lead roll-out and change management process, providing appropriate support to stakeholders
Develop, implement and present training materials
Build, maintain and administer annual policy review and renewal process, updating where relevant due to legal changes and to steer general HR policies in the region
What you need
Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally from within HR Management, Law or similar professional field
5+ years HR generalist experience
Understanding of principles and concepts of European Labour Laws
Ideally direct experience of HR policy design
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Conceptual thinking mind-set
Strong research and analytical skills
Experienced working in matrix environment networking and interacting with multiple key stakeholders
Fluent English speaker, additional language an advantage
