Job description

The Neurovascular New Technology Specialist is responsible for introducing, supporting and driving the market adoption of New Technologies in EEMEA region with a specific near-term focus on the current new technologies such as FD, AIS and IST devices.  The person will serve as the New Technology expert and will closely partner with the in-country sales/marketing organization to develop and execute targeted sales and marketing programs to achieve and develop near-term revenue targets and fuel future growth.

What you will do

  • Serve as the Expert in Neurovascular technical and complex aneurysm treatment with the objective of upskilling sales teams to become independent in supporting complex cases and managing their new technology business pipeline.

  • With the in-country sales organization identify strategy for target accounts to drive New Technologies adoption.

  • Channel market intelligence to Marketing team, paying specific attention to clinical practice trends and competitor activity.

  • Coordinate physician in-service presentations, workshops, training sessions, proctorships and other customer education activities in alignment with the E-skill lab program.

  • Develop close KOL relationships and play an instrumental part in the region strategy also looking to develop rising star physicians and network Stryker new technology advocates across region and globally.

  • Coordinate VOC & MAB activities with Stryker internal stakeholders promoting high level cooperation & transparency in communication.

What you need

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or marketing

  • Deep technical expertise in neurovascular interventional field

  • Strong skill set in managing and developing KOL physician programs

  • English and Polish full professional proficiency

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree, technical or medical background preferred

  • Advanced degree in a medical or technical field preferred

  • Proven track record in NV Sales success is advantageous

  • Experience introducing and driving adoption of innovative medical technologies, product launch experience preferred
