Job description
As a Marketing Associate on Stryker Endoscopy’s Marketing Team, you will play a key role in setting and executing the marketing strategy for a fast-paced and innovative business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for helping launch best-in-class products, creating sales and marketing tools, and participating in critical customer-facing activities to promote Stryker’s solutions in surgical visualization. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses
- Provide sales support by answering and/or resolving customer questions and /or issues on assigned products telephonically, via e-mail and sometimes in person.
- Develop and/or initiate the development and production of marketing collateral (e.g. product brochures, Apps, videos, etc.).
- Assist in the set-up, implementation, and marketing of our products through exhibits, trade shows and educational lab execution.
- Provide marketing or sales training to others as requested.
- May provide input in the new product development process and collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback on new product concepts.
- Will gain expert proficiency in routing marketing collateral through a document management system (Agile).
- Work with sales representatives and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to existing products.
- Develop and execute strategies for communicating product-related updates to sales representatives.
- Support development of the Endoscopy Marketing knowledge management system through creation of new sales support tools and refinement of existing tools.
- Work closely with the Operations team to understand production capacity, build schedules, and stocking schedules for assigned products.
- Coordinate with Distribution Team and Sales Representatives to effectively allocate products to customers in times of short supply.
- Work with Customer Care Team to understand complaint handling, Quality, and Service processes, and will communicate these processes to Sales Representatives as needed.
- Support key product trials, presentations or installations as directed by Product Manager.
- Will submit periodic reports on assigned topics.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0+ years of work experience.
Preferred:
- Internship experience in healthcare, marketing, and/or sales.
$72,800 - $101,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
