What you will do
As the Document Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurate review and processing of documentation (packets) through the quality system
- Verify accurate completion of change orders and other documentation
- Create approval routes and maintaining packet routing, as appropriate
- Participate in the validation and implementation of system upgrades/updates
- Participate in Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings and documenting any decisions made
- Train and assist in the development of training for new users of the quality system
- Perform functions of the MasterControl system administrator (i.e. maintain users, rights, and roles, etc.)
What you need
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
- Associate’s degree
- Experience in technical writing, or legal background
$23.08 - $31.22 USD Hourly
