What you will do -
As the Robotics Pre-Operative Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for delegating work assignments to direct employees ensuring the production and delivery of high quality Pre-Operative Plans.
- Responsible for directing training and assist with providing direction for the Segmentation team
- Review work for technical accuracy and conformity to internal quality control requirements
- Monitor productivity of the team and generate reports containing performance data of the segmentation team members, quality check results, feedback and coaching activities, and statistics of individual contribution in production
- Answer questions and recommend solutions to address production issues
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
- Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures
- Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
- Manage and lead a team of Pre-Operative Surgical Planning Representatives responsible for the production and delivery of pre-operative surgical plans
- Attend and or lead daily meetings and communicate business results /metrics clearly at all levels of the operations business
- Drive team performance in line with department and business mandated goals
- Responsible for the attracting, developing, inspiring, and retaining talent
What you need -
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelors - required
- 2+ years’ work experience - required; Manufacturing, Production or Project Management experience -preferred
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required; Salesforce experience -preferred
- Previous leadership/mentorship experience -preferred
