Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Demand Planning team on a fixed-term contractual basis in accordance with Korean labor regulations. This position is established to support existing Demand Planners who manage multiple franchises and markets in East Asia.

The role focuses on providing analytical, operational, and project-based support to improve demand planning accuracy, efficiency, and process standardization. Contract renewal may be considered prior to expiry based on performance, business requirements, and mutual agreement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support Demand Planners in forecasting and planning activities across assigned franchises and markets.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and validate SKU-level demand forecasts.
  • Manage regular stakeholder communications for data inquiries.
  • Analyze market trends by identifying large variances and missing data.
  • Participate in demand planning projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Teams.
  • Develop and maintain planning reports, dashboards, and standard templates.
  • Support documentation and standardization of demand planning processes.
  • Identify operational risks, data gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide backup and operational support during peak planning periods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain management, forecasting, or analytics is preferred.
  • Experience working with regional or multi-country teams is an advantage.
  • Exposure to planning systems (ERP, Demantra, SAP, or similar tools) is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Apps.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and supply chain processes.

Language Requirements

  • Korean: Native or business-level proficiency (required).
  • English: Business-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing (required).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
