Your work will help support informed decision-making by maintaining high-quality data, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing corrective actions where required.

  • Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, inaccuracies and integrity issues.
  • Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data remains accurate and up to date.
  • Analyse trends and report on data quality metrics and findings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data standards and governance requirements are met.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with data cleansing, validation and migration activities as required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience with data quality management frameworks or data governance practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience within healthcare, insurance, rehabilitation or professional services environments.
  • Relevant qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or a related field.
