Job description
As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of all Stryker-owned Field Assets for the Endoscopy Division. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the various systems used across the business and how data flows between platforms such as SFDC, SAP (EWM/ECPS4), and Oracle. You will troubleshoot data inconsistencies and drive corrective actions by creating and executing processes and procedures that ensure sustained data accuracy, to maintain data integrity.
This role requires onsite presence 5 days per week, at our San Jose, CA office, to support collaboration, team engagement, and business needs.
What you will do
Act as a primary escalation contact for field asset inquiries within the business, delivering top-tier service levels and rapid response times.
Gather and manage data across multiple platforms (e.g., SFDC, SAP (EWM/S4), Oracle, ServiceMax) for analysis.
Conduct research to identify solutions and recommend next steps for missing or delinquent equipment.
Present delinquency data to stakeholders to guide decisions on contract and transactional customers utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform.
Evaluate contributions from cross-functional partners to data accuracy and proactively escalate issues affecting the business.
Investigate inventory transactions within the Field Asset value stream to verify accuracy.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely product returns.
Determine next steps for equipment sent in house without information after doing adequate research.
Research, analyze, and independently determine the best course of action for requests.
Auditing orders and addressing data discrepancies related to orders, continuously providing feedback to reduce risk of loss product.
Proactively align customer owned inventory to ensure timely and accurate traceability of products to help ensure contract coverage, accurate service agreement utilization, and accurate regulatory recall data.
What you need
Required
Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.), Word, Outlook.
Experience with PowerBI.
Experience with inventory tracking and management principles.
Experience data transformation and cleansing.
$64,400.00 - $122,700.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
