Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Data Analytics Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, analytics, and visualization, coupled with the ability to design and implement efficient data pipelines, perform advanced analytics, and generate actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure our data infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.

What you will do:

  • Providing clean data to project teams ready for analysis.
  • Applying software engineering best practices to analytics code (version control, testing, continuous integration etc.)
  • Maintaining data documentation and definition.
  • Train users on effectively leveraging data visualization tools and platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
  • Develop and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
  • Continuously improve data infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data workflows, processes, and solutions.

What you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL server and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and divisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A fast learner who is open to adopting new technologies and applications in the field of data analytics.
