Job description

As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide an outstanding service to all internal and external customers, acting as the first point for all outbound customer service functions. This role is a full time permanent position that can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney with work from home flexibility.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Process customer orders and record all relevant information on our database
  • Work with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to date
  • Liaise with all internal departments including sales, operations and finance to ensure best practice.
     

What You Will Need:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others 
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism or a service oriented role
  • Proven experience exceeding customer expectations and working within a team environment
  • Highly developed communication skills and experience working with a diverse range of internal and external customers and clients
  • A positive attitude!
