About the role

Many of Stryker's hospital and ambulance customers chose to have ongoing servicing contracts with us whereby our team of engineers will repair and maintain their Stryker devices. This commercially crucial role is responsible for owning and driving the process of service contract renewals and warranty expirations for Stryker customers. You will also support inbound lead nurturing, quoting and contract billing in order to drive sales growth and guide strategic decision making using data and presentations to leadership.

We can consider candidates for this role based in Brisbane or Sydney. 

Responsibilities

  • ANZ & East Asia contract billing and quoting
  • Managing all renewals, opportunities & strategies for service contracts together with divisional sales teams
  • Generate and communicate new leads to designated sales representatives & indirectly influence a team of sales representatives to manage new contracts and renewals​
  • Work cohesively to educate Sales Representatives and team members on service contract pricing and strategies
  • Work with respective marketing and sales, ensuring service revenues are optimized in line with product obsolescence​ & PLCM
  • Attend customer meetings independently or jointly with sales, as needed, to provide expert understanding of products and services provided​
  • Researching data sources, monitoring of data and conducting analysis to provide business insight and recommendations
  • Assisting with the establishment of performance indicators, maintaining metric data and estimating models.
  • Partner with our third-party service providers across the ANZ/EA region which will drive increased profitability, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support contracts review frameworks, as well as regular business reviews in partnership with service leaders.



Experience & Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred with information systems, finance, accounting, logistics/inventory management or engineering.
  • Over 1 year experience in contracts management or business analytics
  • Commercial acumen, presentation skills and a focus on driving business growth
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Business process improvement capability and ability to contribute to and implement systematic improvements 
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven ability to analyse/interpret data and provide insight to other departments
  • Professional Experience and success working with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds
