Job description
As the Content Marketing Lead for Stryker’s Interventional Spine business, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute the overall content and digital strategy for our business. You will be developing campaign advertising efforts, driving SEO and SEM efforts to delivering brand messaging that resonates with our customer and patient audiences. You will be at the forefront of translating our business strategy into action, driving our mission forward. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute on the overall content strategy in alignment with the business goals and objectives
- Managing and coordinate the content creation process
- Drive digital presence for the Interventional Spine business; implementing innovative solutions that bridge mobile, social, email and digital media.
- Aligning content on digital platforms, including websites, mobile, social, email and internal platforms.
- Own day-to-day management of all social media channels in collaboration with vendor and strategic communications team; including crafting, curating, planning, scheduling, posting and analyzing digital content via multiplatform environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Legal, Compliance, Clinical and Regulatory, to develop internal review processes to execute digital platform in a regulated market.
- Optimize and align Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.
- Develop and maintain project calendars to establish priorities track project status and deliverables.
- Promote upcoming and live events via digital and print channels.
- Identify, track, analyze and report on key metrics.
- Align with company-wide digital strategy and grow relationships with cross-divisional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop creative and tailored messaging for several audiences.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4+ years of work experience in marketing communications or related field.
Preferred
- Proven experience in creative writing in the medical device industry (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Marketo marketing automation tool.
- Experience with SEO, web analytics, marketing automation.
- Digital advertising skills including experience with a variety of platforms.
$75,300 - $156,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
