Conference & Events Lead
Stryker South Pacific Annual Conference - Sydney | January 2026
Are you an experienced and highly organised event professional with a passion for delivering seamless, large-scale conferences? We’re looking for a dynamic Conference & Events Lead to take the reins in planning and executing the Stryker South Pacific Annual Conference in Sydney in January 2026. NOTE: This is a 12 month contract position.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of event management—from strategic planning and budgeting to logistics, stakeholder engagement, accommodation block management, and flawless onsite execution. Your ability to anticipate challenges, manage multiple moving parts, and create an impactful attendee experience will be key to the event’s success.
What You’ll Bring:
A minimum of 3 years in event and conference management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality experiences.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills to keep all elements running smoothly.
The ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
