Job description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming numerically controlled processing machines and automated systems, ensuring their efficient operation within established guidelines. You will independently manage all programming activities to secure and optimize standard production, support the introduction of new products, reduce costs, minimize throughput times, and enhance product quality.

What you will do:

  • Create, run-in, adapt, and optimize sequence and processing programs for CNC machines and automated systems using programming systems (manufacturer HMI, CAD-CAM systems, software simulations)

  • Conduct test projects and feasibility studies.

  • Set up processing machines and systems for initial sampling, test projects, and feasibility analyses.

  • Initiate and support maintenance measures. Design and modify CAD models for processing in CAM systems.

  • Develop complex parameterized machining programs integrating manufacturer cycles, routines, measuring cycles, and macros.Program, run-in, archive, and optimize robot programs for partially and fully automated systems with PLC interfaces/signal linking.

  • Maintain and archive setup and tool plans in DNC databases.

What you need:

  • Relevant knowledge in mechanical processing and CNC programming.
  • Several years of experience in the machining sector.
  • Strong programming skills with Heidenhain control systems.

  • Flexibility, teamwork abilities, strong quality awareness, and independence.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to new technologies and work processes.

  • Good English language skills.
