Job description
The Stryker Clinical Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures. This role within Stryker SA will focus on servicing and supporting our clinical customers to strive for best-in-class specialist support with procedural excellence.
What you will do
Develops tailored solutions for complex cases.
Leads communication with stakeholders, presents finding and manages key client relationship.
Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.
Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment
Working closely with other team members within the defined region, and the Regional Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
Behaves with integrity, delivers on commitments within required timescales.
Understands the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers an understanding of our wider product range.
What you need
Required:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support
English full professional proficiency
Analytical thinking
High level communicator
Professional, disciplined, focused and organised
Preferred:
Experience in Orthopaedics
Certified Theatre Practitioner or ODA (Operating Department Assistant), professional training in a medical environment
Industry background
