Job Summary

The Clinical Support Specialist responsibilities include directly supporting Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures and optimizing customer service. This role within Stryker Romania will focus on supporting our customers to provide a best in class procedural solution.

Additional responsibilities also include working with the local sales representative to coordinate training and in-theatre support to ensure exceptional levels of customer care both in theatres and in the wider hospital are delivered.

What you will do:

  • Providing Customer care support for physicians, surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement

  • Organizing and conducting training workshops with participation from surgical & theatre staff

  • Helping initiate and drive theatres and patient pathway efficiencies for the benefit of the customer

  • Working closely with other team members within the defined region, and the National Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class

  • Auditing theatre and hospital stock (implants, disposables and instruments) – managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation

  • Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solution

  • Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment as required

  • Planning, executing and monitoring all measures necessary to help achieve industry leading support

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Clinical Support or as an Application Specialist 

  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Joint Replacement or General Surgery product experience preferred

  • Experience in clinical, theatre work environment
