Job description

Join a clinical research team dedicated to generating high-quality clinical evidence that advances patient care. In this role, you will support the successful execution of clinical studies across Europe by coordinating essential clinical trial activities, maintaining study documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams around the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative medical device research while working in a highly collaborative international environment.

What You Will Do

·        Support clinical trial activities throughout the study lifecycle, including site selection, activation, execution, data collection, and closeout activities.

·        Coordinate study documentation and maintain Trial Master Files to ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.

·        Prepare study meetings, document meeting outcomes, and track follow-up actions to support study execution.

·        Review and process site-related documents, study records, and clinical data for accuracy and completeness.

·        Manage study-related invoicing and payment tracking for participating research sites and hospitals.

·        Develop, update, and distribute study communications, reports, metrics, and newsletters in partnership with study teams.

·        Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Contract Research Organizations, and external partners to support study delivery.

·        Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable regulations, and company procedures while independently managing assigned responsibilities.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, study coordination, or a related field.

·        Experience working within Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.

·        Experience using electronic clinical trial systems, databases, or documentation management systems.

·        Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience supporting medical device clinical trials.

·        Experience managing Trial Master Files and essential study documentation. Experience using electronic clinical trial systems, databases, or documentation management systems.

·        Knowledge of arterial or venous disease areas, cardiovascular clinical research, or related therapeutic areas.


Netherlands Pay Ranges:

  • Netherlands: €42.000 - €78.000 EUR Annual

Belgium Pay Ranges:

  • Belgium: €53.500 - €89.100 EUR Annual
