Job description

What you will do:

  • Support Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with existing and new customers in theatre and clinical settings, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Deliver Product Training: Provide in-depth training to healthcare professionals (HCPs) on Stryker products, including hands-on support in theatre and organizing workshops or events.
  • Manage Inventory: Conduct audits of theatre stock, manage consignment inventory, and implement effective asset management and stock rotation practices.
  • Offer Clinical Solutions: Leverage knowledge of Stryker’s product portfolio to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate Product Trials: Plan and conduct product trials and evaluations in theatre and clinical environments as required.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with team members and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to ensure customer service levels are industry-leading.
  • Achieve Strategic Goals: Maintain and execute a business plan with clear daily, weekly, and monthly objectives aligned with regional strategies.
  • Represent with Integrity: Act professionally at all times, fostering trust and delivering on commitments to customers and colleagues.

What you need:

  • Relevant Certification: Certified Theatre Practitioner or ODA with 1-2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare environment; medical device industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to deliver effective training, presentations, or engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Teamwork Expertise: Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with colleagues and customers to achieve shared goals.
  • Organizational Skills: A track record of managing inventory, meeting deadlines, and effectively handling multiple tasks.
  • Resilience and Motivation: Ability to perform under pressure and consistently achieve goals in dynamic or high-stress environments.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or healthcare professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to learning, with participation in relevant certifications, training, or upskilling programs.
  • Adaptability: Experience thriving in changing priorities, schedules, or environments with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
