Job description
What you will do:
- Deliver assigned projects while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Learn about Stryker’s JR and MET portfolios including Mako SmartRobotics, Triathlon Total Knee System, and Trident Hip System
- Define protocols for medical device data collection, maintenance, and analysis
- Maintain and execute MATLAB/Python scripts for data analysis and complaint investigations
- Interpret system data and generate insights in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Draft project reports, participate in surgical observations, and support risk mitigation activities
What you need:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis and scripting
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret technical data, logs, and medical device reports
- Exposure to medical devices, robotics, healthcare technologies, or regulated industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of orthopedic products and surgical workflows
- Familiarity with complaint handling, risk analysis, or data-driven investigations
- Understanding of medical device regulations and compliance requirements
