You’ll be part of a supportive and highly experienced team, backed by leaders who value collaboration, reliability and continuous learning. What you’ll do:

  • Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during Upper Extremity procedures

  • Educate and train theatre staff on product use, instrument handling and best practice

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams

  • Support Territory Managers with case coverage and product expertise

  • Assist with product launches, in-servicing and clinical workshops

  • Manage instruments, set allocations and case preparation

  • Stay up to date with new technologies, techniques and industry trends

Who you are:

  • Curious and eager to learn with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator who can build trust quickly

  • Calm, reliable and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations

  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others

  • Background in nursing, physiotherapy, biomedical science or sales is an advantage, but full training is provided

Benefits:

  • Generous paid parental leave program

  • Wellbeing and employee assistance support

  • Discounted private health insurance

  • Volunteer leave to support your community

  • Access to world-class learning and development

  • Exposure to a leading Upper Extremities portfolio

This role is a great opportunity to build your clinical expertise, learn in a supportive environment and contribute to meaningful work every day.
