Are you passionate about improving patient outcomes and supporting surgeons in delivering exceptional care? We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Clinical Consultant to join our Upper Extremities team in Christchurch.

This position will include an element of travel to Dunedin and Invercargill.

In this role, you will provide clinical and technical expertise across our portfolio, supporting orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams with case coverage, product education, and best‑practice guidance. You’ll become a trusted partner in the operating room, helping ensure safe, efficient, and effective use of our solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide in‑theatre clinical support for upper extremity procedures

  • Deliver product training and education to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff

  • Build strong, professional relationships across your territory

  • Support product launches, workshops, and clinical evaluations

  • Maintain deep technical knowledge across the portfolio

  • Collaborate with the wider sales and clinical teams to drive excellence in customer experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in healthcare, anatomy/physiology, nursing, physiotherapy, sports science, or similar

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in high‑pressure clinical environments

  • A passion for problem‑solving and delivering exceptional service

  • Ability to build rapport and manage diverse stakeholders

  • A willingness to learn and develop expertise in orthopaedic procedures

  • Flexibility to support early‑morning theatre lists and occasional travel

Why join us:

  • Work for a global medical technology leader making a real difference in patient outcomes

  • Comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing development

  • Supportive and high‑performing team culture

  • Opportunities for career progression across clinical, sales, or leadership pathways

  • Competitive remuneration, tools of trade, and company benefits

If you’re motivated, curious, and excited by a clinically focused role that contributes to meaningful patient impact, we’d love to hear from you.
