What You’ll Do

  • Support Surgeons & Healthcare Teams: Be in the operating theatre, providing clinical guidance and ensuring optimal use of Stryker trauma solutions during procedures.

  • Educate & Influence: Deliver technical training and clinical advice to build confidence in our products, supporting clinicians in adopting the latest techniques.

  • Collaborate Closely: Partner with internal teams, including sales and product specialists, to support business growth and clinical excellence.

  • Advise & Problem Solve: Respond to clinical questions, troubleshoot product issues, and confidently handle complex scenarios in a theatre setting.

  • Develop Relationships: Build trust with healthcare professionals by demonstrating credibility, understanding their needs, and sharing clinical insights.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Healthcare or Clinical Experience: You have a background in health, nursing, or related fields, with an understanding of surgical environments.

  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re an effective communicator, able to explain technical information clearly and influence healthcare professionals.

  • Proactive & Results-Driven: You’re confident working independently, motivated by delivering excellent patient and clinical outcomes.

  • Quick Thinker: Able to react swiftly to unexpected scenarios, troubleshoot issues confidently, and adapt your approach as needed.
