Job description

At Stryker, we are seeking a Clinical Consultant to work in our Foot & Ankle portfolio, in a part‑time, permanent capacity.

Join one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and make a real impact on patient outcomes. As part of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle portfolio, you’ll play a hands‑on role supporting surgeons in theatre, providing clinical expertise, and helping ensure our technologies are used safely and effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Provide in-theatre case support for our Foot & Ankle portfolio, ensuring surgeons and clinical teams feel confident using our products.

  • Build strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders through exceptional service and a patient‑first mindset.

  • Deliver product education and ongoing clinical support to drive safe and effective outcomes.

  • Partner closely with our sales and marketing teams to support portfolio growth.

  • Maintain a high level of clinical and technical knowledge across Foot & Ankle implants, instrumentation, and procedures.

We Are Looking For

  • A motivated, organised professional who thrives in a clinical environment.

  • Someone who can work autonomously, build trust quickly, and support teams under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical information into clear guidance.

  • A passion for learning and supporting medical technology that improves lives.

  • Clinical experience is advantageous (nursing, allied health, theatre tech), but we’re also open to individuals with strong customer‑facing or technically complex backgrounds.

Why Stryker?

  • Work for a global leader in MedTech with a strong commitment to innovation.

  • Permanent part‑time stability with flexibility to balance your commitments.

  • Industry‑leading training and development.

  • A supportive, high‑performing team culture.

  • Make a meaningful difference in the surgical setting every day.

If you're passionate about healthcare, love building relationships, and want to support technology that transforms patient outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
